Yesterday was a blast - a kitchen full of women baking cookies, dividing up cookies and boxing them up for a great treat excursion.

Everyone had great success in the kitchen, except me. Go figure, not as if I could not have practiced in my own kitchen, but I tried a new silicon pan and well, I am blaming the fact that they did not come out on that ... We had bars and cookies, we even had dog bones. While cookies were in the oven we sipped coffee, the one mentioned in the blog earlier as the product of the month. We enjoyed a mini lunch and laughed many laughs.

I think that this will be an annual event, if not a couple times a year. We had plenty of room, much oven space and high interest of doing it again. What I enjoyed the most about the Doughvember Cookie Bake Off, was the unique recipes which everyone brought. Whether they included cranberries, brandy, lemon, coconut, marshmallows or beef bouillon they stated the diversity I have in friends. The kitchen was not much of a mess either ... even more of a reason this will happen again.

Today, I amy get out the Christmas stuff ... oye!
