The formal sitting room - the plant is still alive ... almost three weeks (who would have thought!) - the art on this wall was the talk of the party on Monday and then again on Friday. It has special meaning because the original photo was taken in Venice this spring by Carbo and from there it gain new life!
As the party was coming to a close, we all stuck around to get a photo with Carbo. Casual pose by Carbo and Josh.
Gracing the wall in the kitchen is a photo that also started out from my camera but was Gabbardized to be a strong compliment to the Ratfliff (that is the picture below). I love my Ratliff ... it is so unique and so captures my trip to Italy. Have to say though, emotionally, the above picture resonates from the knowledge that I was actually on that property taking the picture!
Of course Supermodel's best friend Jamie would make the pic list on the wrap up of the Open House.
